Saturday afternoon and evening:

• Arrival at Paradise Point, dinner and opening ceremony/creation of the altar

Sunday

• Morning:

  • Class: Meditation, movement, check-in, Vocal Energetics Class
  • Lunch
• Afternoon:
  • Snorkeling at Kahalu’u, a protected bay providing a gentle environment for the introductory snorkeling experience
  • Dinner
• Evening:
  • Class: Vocal Energetics Breath work

Monday

• Morning:
  • Breakfast in silence
  • Class: Meditation, movement, check-in, Vocal Energetics Class
  • Lunch
• Afternoon:
  • Snorkeling in Honaunau Bay
  • Visit Pu’uhonua o Honaunau, The Place of Refuge - Sunset Ceremony
  • Dinner
• Evening:
  • Class: Preparation for dolphin swim and whale watch

Tuesday

• Morning:
  • Dolphin and Whale Boat Excursion (includes lunch)
• Afternoon:
  • Rest
  • Dinner
• Evening:
  • Check-in, Vocal Energetics Sound Meditation

Wednesday

• Morning:
  • Class: Meditation, movement, check-in, Vocal Energetics Class - Pineal Activation Meditation Initiation
  • Lunch
• Afternoon:
  • Off
  • Dinner
• Evening:
  • Vocal Energetics Sound Meditation

Thursday

• Check-in
• Day-long excursion to South Point and Volcano National Park, including ceremony and sound meditation

Friday

• Morning:
  • t.b.a. - this day could include an additional boat trip or a hike into coffee country. This is our day of completion, so the nature and schedule of events will be determined by the needs of the group.
• Evening:
  • Transformation of altar and sound meditation

Saturday:

• Morning:
  • Class: Meditation, movement, check-in, closing ceremony
  • Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Transportation will be provided to the airport or to a local destination as pre-arranged.
